Our courses invite students to explore native plants through a broad range of hands-on and virtual learning opportunities.
With three distinct learning tracks, our curriculum offers students a flexible learning environment to build both fundamental and specialized native plant knowledge to support dedicated enthusiasts as well as careers in conservation, botany, horticulture, and beyond.

Online, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and AmEX credit cards. We do not accept credit card information over the phone. We do accept cash, but only in person at the Garden Shop at Garden in the Woods.

Yes. When you click the Register button for the program, you’ll see instructions about how to add your name to a waiting list if the program has sold out. If a space is available you will be notified by email.
We offer recordings of select classes for up to one month afterward. There will be a note in the class description if a recording will be available.
You must cancel at least one week ahead of the scheduled program to receive a refund. We are not able to give partial refunds, or issue refunds after a class has taken place. We are also unable to offer credit towards future classes.” If you need to cancel less than a week in advance due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us at edu@nativeplanttrust.org.
We prefer that you pay out of pocket and seek reimbursement from your employer. If this is not possible, please request an invoice from Native Plant Trust at least four weeks in advance, by emailing edu@NativePlantTrust.org.
